The Kenwood Footrace is a beloved Independence Day tradition in Kenwood, CA, offering both a 10K and 3K race through the scenic heart of Sonoma Valley. Held annually on July 4th, this event draws runners of all levels, from competitive athletes to families looking to enjoy a fun and festive morning.
The 10K course takes participants on a stunning route through rolling hills, vineyards, and country roads, providing both a challenge and breathtaking views. The 3K race offers a shorter, family-friendly option, perfect for those looking for a more relaxed pace.
The Kenwood Footrace kicks off a fun morning of 4th of July events in Kenwood Plaza. After the race, enjoy the Kenwood 4th of July Hometown Parade, Pancake Breakfast and Rotary Club Shindig.
