I started with Quin back in February, and let’s just say…I couldn’t do a lunge, squat, or really much of anything.  I’m 55, my main goal was simple: get stronger so I don’t lose my balance and fall - because let’s be real, GRAVITY gets real after 50. 

Most days, when we try something new, my first response is, “I can’t do that.” But Quin doesn’t accept that, and guess what??? Turns out, I can do it.

Now when I go on hikes or walks, I’m no longer clinging to anything while stepping over rocks or up a hill. At home, I can actually open jars without asking for help!

So grateful for Quin’s patience, encouragement and just the right amount of push.

Before I started training with Quin, my relationship with exercise was a cycle of false starts. I could never stick to a routine for more than 30 days. It felt like a chore—monotonous, intimidating, and easy to abandon. All of that changed the day I began working with him.

He constantly introduces unique routines and variations, which has been a game-changer for someone who gets bored easily. His creativity keeps me engaged, interested, and always looking forward to what's next.

His teaching style is brilliant. If an exercise is confusing, he effortlessly explains it in different ways, uses perfect analogies, and demonstrates until it clicks. He makes fitness accessible and easy to understand for anyone.

The impact has extended beyond the gym. Thanks to Quin, I have surpassed my initial goals and, more importantly, proved to myself that I can commit to my health. I have gained confidence, both physically and mentally.

Perhaps the most heartfelt endorsement comes from my family. My autistic 3-year-old son loves to "work out" with Quin, and to my amazement, Quin gets him to follow directions better than I sometimes can! It’s a testament to Quin’s warmth, patience, and ability to connect with people of all kinds.
